My 50 surprises

My wonderful dear children have given me surprises every day this week.  I guess they got wind that I wasn't very excited about turning 50 this week.......for some reason this is a hard one for me.  50 just really sounds so old to me.

1 they sang in sacrament meeting for me.....my favorite hymn.  I know how much most of them hate to do this so it was a huge surprise.

2 Dakota gave me a foot massage ( and D'laney)

3 Destry picked out all the pineapple gummie bears and gave them to me.

4 Riley and Judd fixed the automatic ice maker/ water dispenser on my fridge

5 they picked my strawberries

6 D'laney gave me hair products

7 D'laney did my makeup

8 Destry and Dalyn raked my whole yard and got rid of the twirley whirley seeds

9 We had a girls lunch at cow creek and I didn't even take my purse!

10 Hinder drew a map and sent me on a hunt for chocolate treasure

11 Dallas bought me a polar pop gift card

12 Dallas vacuumed out the van

13 Destry did my nails

14 Dakota played with my hair while we watched a movie ( so did D'laney)

15. Riley made me breakfast crepes

16 Riley and Judd ripped the carpet off my stairs

17 Destry made the best Cobb/club salads for lunch......my favorite food

18. Destry and D'laney help me set up a blog

19. Destry bought me a porcelain pitcher to replace the one that was broken

20. D'laney and Judd bought me a bag of salt water taffy

21.  Davi made a bar of soap

22.  Davi bought me a huge bag of taffy.

23.  Davi is going to hose off the whole house 

24.  Dalyn ordered the cards I had been making on snapfish.

25.  The girls set up a spotify account for me.

26.  Dustin made a cake with every person in our family made out of sculptured chocolate

27.  Axel and archer made mugs for me filled with chocolate and drink mixes

28.  Natalie made a candy bar letter.....so cute

29.  Drew did an awesome fireworks show for me.

30.  Lara bought Bill O Reilly's book. Killing Jesus

31.  Olivia gave me a Payless shoe gift card

32. Pierce a Macys gift card

33.  Grace a chocolate bar and war horse movie

34. Destry and Riley watermelon serving platters

35.  Destry and Riley an Americana quilt

36.  Dollar tree gift card from Destry

37.  Destry watermelon bowls

38.  Hot cocoa and marshmallows from Destry 

39.  Destry cleaned out my fridge

40.  Gordon bridge mix

42.  Gordon mothers ring.......3 diamond sons and 6 ruby daughters

43.  D'laney and Judd a box of chocolates

44.  A box of letters from everyone in my 3 families......very touching and emotional to read

47.  Back massage from Dalyn

48.  Judd mowed the lawn and swept the carport

50.  I am gonna put here that Gordon DID NOT buy black licorice as a gift to me but I am sure there is something else I am forgetting.  Someone please help me out and please don't get offended.  They were coming so quickly at the end.......my memory you know.  I am 50!
